Another bloody warm one,sweating started 2 sets in on deadlifts and didn't stop until the end

Backs still bloody tender so cautions been took again with the weights, iv'e got another week of training then im away for 2 weeks on the bike in Spain... im hoping the 2 weeks on the bike will mend my body and ill hopefully come back like a coiled spring Wink

Having to reduce my volume on legs a little to protect my back, Bit better on squat today but its still all hard work Roll-Eyes
Split the session up with a bit of bench, slipped the old slingshot on as a bit of a change, plus it protected the elbow.
This comebacks slow i tell you,its like giant turtles shagging...slow as fook, but im enjoying it in my own spazzy way Happy

110 done with calibrated plates this time, really happy to be doubling 100, should have been 70 for 8 x 2 to finish, but did a deal with myself where if I could do 10 I'd leave it there. So I did 10! Getting there.


At this excellent rate of roughly 5kg a week Martin were potentially looking at a 250kg bench for Xmas HappyHappyHappy

Still keeping it lighter where i have to just to protect myself, deads were ok but felt a little flat and the the left elbows playing funny buggers so caution was took.
