Post gym: Chicken breasts, mozarella balls, sundried tomatoes and herbs in olive oil + tomato couscous. slight cheat as it's Tesco prepackaged and bit higher in sodium than I'd like but it was pretty nice for usual 'contractor in hotel' fare. Then again with my normal regimented eating, anything tastes nice.

My kind of eating Sam!

You reminded me I haven't had Lasagne for ages so I currently have one in the oven. 500g 15% Aberdeen Angus beef, 500g Cheddar and enough sauce/bechamel for party of 6.

I will leave some for tomorrow in order to quadruple the anabolic effect

That sounds nice mate.
I am under the impression Sodium manipulation only really makes a difference when you're sub 10% bf?

My dinner was very simple last night. I felt like I needed some veg as my afternoon snack was 5 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds.

Dinner was 3 heavily seasoned chicken breasts, garlic sauce, and 3 pots of Mediterranean roasted veg from asda with extra virgin olive oil on top. Very tasty and cooked in 30 mins.

Had one hell of a mud slide this morning post workout though!

Am about 10% now (according to calipers )- I'm cutting it down to healthy levels rather than trying to drop it low for cosmetic reasons (drying out, water retention etc). Traditionally added far too much to food just working hard now to clean everything up.

I too am rather lean right now and I find myself consuming absolutely ridiculously high amounts of salt. Iv used up half a tub of sea salt in about 2 weeks actually!

I have fairly low blood pressure and I drink loads of water, I feel like eating more salt makes me feel less s**t.

i wish.. i'm holding too much water lol
this is very much a cut without any 'drying' supplements.
having some water on me helps my shoulder no end.
