Switched to btn push press as havent done this for a while

130k x 1 Fail , difference 5k makes eh
127.5k x 1 Fail , confidence knocked after first fail and couldnt think how to time my leg drive/pushpress , stood with the bar on my back for a good 2 minutes having a total mental block
Stripped the bar down to 60k to try and switch my head back on

Really quick session as it was valentines day , I literally popped down the gym when the thai green curry I was cooking was simmering lol , love living so close to the gym
Squats - Thor knee sleeves on throughout except for when using wraps
5 min warmup/stretching
60k x 4
100k x 4
140k x 4
180k x 2
Thor knee wraps on
200k x 2
180k x 4
Wraps back off and sleeves on
140k x 10
Done , in and out in 30 mins and home just in time for the wife to dish up the curry , carlsberg dont do squat sessions but............

Events down Simon Ts , with Neil, Toddy and Chris Jenkins
Spent the morning rushing about trying to get the garage monkeys to sort my car out so turned up 30 mins late and not eaten properly so plan was to take it steady and nail some technique

115k Got the clean but not full so had to flick it off my chest then failed the press ffs

Yoke - All runs with a drop and turn after 10m

375k Pick up ,stood with it about 30 secs I think but didnt fancy walking it
Done , happy with yoke as havent trained it for 2 weeks , Simon T did some voodoo tape magic on my dodgy knee tendonitis and the difference was instant , the man knows his stuff! Most important part of the day though was picking up my new Celtic strength log! Awesome piece of kit , black with Celtic strength in red on both sides , fair to say I was dribbling a bit when I saw it , hopefully having my own log will go some way to sorting my poor overhead out in time for the Welsh open , no excuses now
