A very quick session at the Farm tonight, one problem with working for a company with a global presence is that conference calls could be scheduled at any time, tonight's was at 6:30PM which meant just an hour under the bar.

Deadlifts.

The 175 felt unbelievably heavy.

Weighed in at 119.20kg. Much too heavy.

I've been back training for 6 weeks now and the weights are starting to come back, just not as fast as i'd like:-
Squat up from 125 to 140.
Bench up from 100 to 112.5
Deadlift up from 160 to 180.
By Xmas i'd like to be at 170/125/210.

It's been 24 days now and the NHS have determined that i'm finally clean.

Weighed in tonight at the Farm, 113.1kg. I really don't remember the last time i was this light and this is after a week of eating normally and a good lunch!

Still taking the comeback easy.
