Get some sessions in, Finch!

Not dead, just not doing a lot in the gym this year.
Traveling a lot with work (off to the Netherlands at 3AM in the morning).
And being chairman of British Powerlifting is rather more time consuming than i expected!

However at present:
Bodyweight is around 117Kg.
Squat is suffering at 140Kg.
Bench is suffering at 105Kg.
Deadlift is suffering at 180Kg.
But then i am well into my sixties and only averaging one session / week.

Good to see you are still training Ian, even if it is infrequent

How is the job being BP supremo going? Power beyond your wildest dreams, or more like herding cats?Grin
