The 1/4 squats are really about unracking the weight, stepping back and feeling the weight on my back, i dropped the safety bars 75mm from Wednesday session so they were probably closer to 1/3 squats.

Tonight's plan was to simply run through the lifts up to my qualifying standard for next years British (447.5Kg).

Everything went as expected up to the 175 deadlift. All completed in just over 60 minutes. After that though the evening fell apart, couldn't budge what should have been a comfortable 190.
