Which CoC are you able to close?

Used one for the first time today and conquered the #2 Cool but I'm familiar with the Heavy Grips brand

I used to routinely close the #2 with my right hand, but at this moment in time I'm a smidgen short on it. I'll do it again soon.

Never done it with my left hand. #1.5 is feeling quite good in my left hand at the moment for singles with short rests between crushes.

Back in the gym last night following a back problem.

Front squats
125kg x 4
125kg x 4

Back felt OK.

Thought I'd see if I could power clean without bothering my arm injury (wishful thinking). 90kg went up easily, but arm hurt Unhappy

HSPUs.

Bodyweight calf raises.

Tried cable flyes (because I saw some guys doing them), but arm said no Unhappy

MR Wayne, I find that every time I get Lured into doing exciting training HSPU Powercleans etc etc I pick up niggles so find it best just to stick to the bench and row erg.

I accidentally read page 3(thinking it was up to date) of your journal 190 frontie and 130 overhead, tasty stuff.

The best I did was 137kg. One of my biggest strength regrets is that I never put 140kg overhead.
