Super everything Mr Wayne. And 29 total reps! Why didn't your colleages participate in the wonders of Zerchering?

Thank you Mr Travis Happy

They were far more interested in some other exercise called "the dead lift" Roll-Eyes

29 reps? I went a bit mad with the volume there!

I wish i could be as minimal as you. But i'm doing better than i once was i.e. down to 50-60 reps a session and not the 150-200 i used to do. I'll get there eventually...Grin

My strength training motto is "sometimes less is more" Happy

(Translation : "I'm lazy") Grin

That was actually a high volume session for me!!

The world record for the FULL zercher lift for my bodyweight class is 235.
I don't think there's a world record for the zercher squat.
Happy

i think you have a shot at that

Not at the moment, but give me a bit of time and I might get there! Happy

The thing is, not many people do them. I'm sure there are lots of people on this site who would smash 235 on their first go!

Stop being so humble Wayne

Thanks for your nice words Happy

Today....

BARBELL HACK SQUATS

Played around up to 200 x 1.

Not for me thank you. My hamstrings are in the way!

CHEST SUPPORTED ROW MACHINE

3 sets of 5

PLATE PINCHING

Some singles with 32.5, alternating hands.

WEIGHTED PLANK

80 kilos for 50 seconds.

There is barely any ground clearance and the weights very briefly touched the ground at one point during this, which was a bit annoying. Wish I'd had enough interest to get to 1 minute.

I can't really fit any more weight on. What's the way forward?

Not a very fulfilling session. Plan for next session is strict log and zercher squats. That will be satisfying! Happy

f**k me Wayne you must have a core of iron , I can manage 5k on the plank for a minute and its a f**king horrendous minute at that.

Actually I'm not, although I've probably only done it about 12 times ever - in comps and training! I think I could be good at it if I put the work in.

I don't wear a belt for yoke.
