I was swinging out of control like an ape Member 1559, 4075 posts SQ 180, BP 100, DL 202.5 482.5 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq	Lol ye it's 90's early doors then 105's then early aft for about 3 hours, hope it all goes to plan, all we need is the support of crowd and athletes and some patience then We've cracked it, were looking for spotters for the events if anyone is interested we have our team but could do with a couple more, all the plans will be kick started in new year ie sponsors, athlete confirmation and event confirmation so watch this space.

My opinions have run their course Member 694, 3112 posts	If any of you u90s are available next Wednesday evening (22nd Dec) I'll be driving over from Doncaster for my first Caged Steel warm up session. Be good to see how we compare before the new years resolutions start! If anyone needs a lift on route I can pick them up.
