or is it light? i don't know how many reps can you do with something for it to be considered heavy or light Grin

I've been doing the incline quite a bit recently

it's kind of a best buy for me Grin

both my regular bench and shoulder press go up because of it, without doing actual work on them

so I don't really overwork my pressing that much, but still make nice gains

didn't have anything to show really...

haven't been training seriously for 2.5 years or even more... had more important stuff to deal with

but i'm starting to get back into it

actually miss grooved the first rep so it went slower than I thought it would, but it didn't trow me off that much

we're not actually in the same country, but live like 1.5 h away from each other
we met at a PL comp where we competed against each other and been friends since Grin

I did a few strongman comps, but nothing too serious
did a SCL one after about a year and a half off from training so you can imagine how that went Grin
and tore a calf on the first event of my second SCL, so... Grin

never really got into it coz I don't have a place to train strongman and don't really have the time to train with Matjaz as much as I should

I've been trying to do 10 with this weight ever since Radz told me he does the the same after he's finished with his regular bench press Grin
but he does 3 sets of 10 (I'm sure he could do 15-20 for one set if he didn't do the normal bp first which I don't)
