I've never really deadlifted much before, I used to do things like barbell rows instead. It's gone up about 30kg in the past month as my technique has improved, still needs a lot of work though! | |||

I've been training on and off for a few years for general conditioning and health but have decided to try powerlifting and want to enter a comp sometime next year. Just been concentrating on getting my technique better for the 3 lifts before really pushing my weights higher, to a less weedy amount anyway! |
