I'm sticking to a diet of 4,500 calories and 225 grams of protein a day

My average has been 4,800 a day for the past six weeks with every week in themselves having an average of daily 4,800 calories per day

I hope to reduce towards 4,300 after one successful week

A belt definitely assists they are a great tool for lifters that needs extra support
