Nope, no gear mate just mutant mass, creatine and food.
Strength increase was great, i put on a load of muscle but some fat aswell.

Agreed Will milk powder is great aswell but if you are going to use it start off with 1/4 pack a day and work your way up so your guts can get used to it!

I've drank salmon shakes and tuna shakes before and drink tuna most days but i've never tried it with chicken! Good luck mate Cool

Always a little colder than outside. Round here though it rarely drops below 0. We haven't got any heating!
