Anyway feeling right knee pain which is normal so I stay on my see's training today.
BTW Craig if your reading this, I know how you feel once I read your write-up about Las Vegas nationals.
Bench Press stupid because I'm sore from triceps but some Dude named Reason tells me I'm a wimp and my plan needs further research.
Bench lots of reps lower weight. Bring back the hands of time!

Back in the day they were John. Now I am a bow legged old man. Squat pain today still. Wobble legs while doing dreads today. Was going to wrap the right knee tight should have but unraveled it from my knee. Raw or nothing. Here's how it went down today:

All felt heavy today. Worked on form and concentration.

Sandbag 230 lap stand repeat re hugg get some height several times. Some walking but knee spent.
Incline axle incline bench paused to stall at pins which were approaching 2" 3" from center chest. Lots of reps really liked this. Weird but true...

Today, I lagged a bit but finally got the mind to do some log press. As soon as I got to 205 I felt weak. The first rep was the hardest. My mind said get your legs into it so I was satisfied with what occurred.

Trying not to load my joints this time of the season, but soon comps season is knocking. Time to shrink in height and pop some veins. Priming the engine and it just not ready to commit. Committing changes the whole game again. Goodbye to normal is near John. Can you hear the moon howl. Red moon hear the other day.
