Thanks very much, I'm having a couple of weeks off to go and meet Mickey Mouse - might try t sneak off and get some training in, but it'll be mostly roller coasters and sunshine (hopefully)

2 weeks means nothing in the long run

Back is not great at the minute so lots of light stuff.

Benching has gone to 127.5 for a single and 115 x 3 x 3 yesterday

Slowly getting the rubbish back feeling normal.

Benching yesterday was up to 132.5 and 107.5 for 3 sets of 5

Some light benching today and stiff leg Deads for 10s

Light bench and 130 x 10 still leg deads yesterday

135 x 1 and 115 x 5 squats along with 130 x 1 and 110 x 5 bench today.

Things are progressing nicely.

Squat and Dead are still miles behind but they're heading in the right direction.

Bench was 137.5 x 1 and 117.5 x 5 this morning.

Back is getting there - after a physical day at work it was ok, it's moving upwards.

Stiff leg deadlifts 140 x 8 today -everything seems to be pushing me just enough to progress but not too much.

Light benching today.
