Slightly injured left finger few weeks back but still ain’t right…Then crushed one of my right fingers on the sacks! Didn’t wana aggravate them further | ||

Some Duck walk,farmers,yoke,deadlift and some sack runs during the week,around 70/80% ,skill and practice! | ||
