some rack lockouts with swiss bar, not good for my shoulder. Maybe try on higher pins or incline next time.

snatches make me feel good because of the static strength being down, may as well get a bit more explosive and faster. I thank millsy for this approach Grin

bw is about 102 now JC, pretty lean (for me).

The Plan is soon to embark on a bulk of doom, in preparation of being well over 105 in the run up to finlands strongest next may (maybe).

actually havent been this weak for a while Grin but lost bodyweight and a bit of practise makes pullups easier Grin

...who would have thought that practising something makes you better at it...
