Plus don't want lack of conditioning costing me like it did at points last year. Been hearing a lot about the Bear complex so thought I would give it a go. Bear complex (power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press = 1 rep) 90 seconds rest between rounds - 60kg x 7 60kg x 5 40kg x 7 40kg x 7 Well I under estimated that! 60kg was harder than I thought but don't think having aching legs and shoulders helped lol! Hard but good so will give it a try for awhile. Keg Loading (20kg, 50kg, 60kg, 80kg) 90 seconds rest between runs - X 25metres each X 15 metres each X 15 metres each Jesus I knew I was unfit but didn't realise it was that bad! Really need to step it up! Going to try to do some sort of conditioning work at least 3 times a week to try give myself a better chance this year. | ||
