calories have gone up + creatine back at 5g/day but weight down.
likely cause is various water retaining hormones like cortisol
dropping off now I am eating more.
reasonably easy session, even if weights are 70% of my 108kg bw peak.
slingshot took some adjusting to as well, the weight loss
has made this a lot looser and less effective.
