Neck feels better. Not 100% better but should not have to miss training tomorrow. Weird that.

Shoulder press: 20kg dumbbells x12x4sets

Chest supported machine rows: 10 sets of 12 moving up the stack.

Bicep curls: 40kg x10x3 sets

next weeks' training a bit disrupted. I'm up North on a conference Monday and Tuesday so no training those days. I'll do Monday's wo on Sunday and Tuesday's wo on Wednesday to make up for it.

You should try and find a gym up there and have a good workout in different surroundings.
I take it the neck has got better.

Hi Finch. Yup, up in Newcastle like (say it in a geordie accent). Might look for a gym but the days are pretty packed, we'll see.

Neck is ok. Just some minor twinges at the moment.

squats...60, 82.5, 100x 5's..112.5x4 highbars without belt...then with belt for...130x3 lowbar without wraps...added wraps for...130x4 x 3 sets..downset of 105x7 belted highbar

benches.....60, 82.5, 100x 5's....then..110x3x3

deads...120 and 132.5x 5's without belt...then with belt for...145x5....167.5, 175, 180, 185x 3's...190x1..

Nice high volume workout. Just what the doctor ordered on a hot sweaty humid day.

This is me disrespecting the first set of 120x2. The pause on the second rep is dedicated to Martin Flett. I could have had a cup of tea with that bar on my chest. Piss.




Assistance:
Face pulls: 5 sets of 15 (Yes Martin, you heard me, 5 sets)
Lat pulldowns: 5 sets of 15
Abs: 3 sets of 12
Bicep curls: 3 sets of 10 with 40kg barbell

No training for 2 days now as up North in Newcastle. Squats on Wednesday.
