250m sprint in 39.2 seconds. Never tried this before so it's a PB.
Pyramid row:
250m/500m/750m/1000m/750m/500m/250m
at 1:43 split pace throughout. Rest periods were 90 seconds per previous 250m rowed.

Incline barbell bench press Dumbbell chest press
Machine fly
Was actually a bit surprised as to how easy repping 60kg was on the incline press.
10k recovery row: 2:09 split at 22 strokes/min.
BW sitting very nicely between 81 and 82.5kg depending on time of day. And the good news is that I can maintain this without really thinking of my diet. Basically, I'm fairly sensible throughout the day with my food choices but in the evenings, I just eat what the family is having and this can be anything from pizza to pasta to curry.

Sounds like you're in pretty decent shape mate and with the added bonus of not having to worry about what you eat. Always a bonus.

Hi mate. Thanks for popping in. I feel pretty good these days. I've always thought this and I'm now pretty sure that the low 80's is where I naturally sit at. I'm very much like my dad who's a bit shorter and less broad across the shoulders who at 71 yrs of age has never weighed over 75kg his entire life. He hates exercise and has never done any. I'd have to do more cycling and actually think about my diet in order to get that light but I don't think it would take me that long to do so. At this stage in my life, I don't think it would be particularly appropriate to get that light but when the kids are older and my career more stable, I think I'll go there.
You may laugh but I had to work extremely hard to keep my weight over 90kgs. Everytime I'd drop my calorie intake (say on a stretch of night shifts) I'd dip down to 86 and then 3 days of eating crap would ensue just for the sake of eating and I'd be over 90 again. Tedious and unpleasant (and probably unhealthy too).

30 min hard row ! its a good feeling when you are in a strong rhythm on the rower
I presume you don't keep a record of your milage on the C2 website ? I'm upto 1.25 million meters , which doesn't seem much considering ,anyhoo I'm starting to embrace the joy of rowing again

When the breathing and rhythm's right, it feels great.

Hi mate. I don't think so, no. The main reason is that they hurt me.
dr_hazbun27/02/16 @ 17:52
Doing some turbo work, indoor rowing, and some cycling on the roads.
BW 12 stone 11lbs
God this journal's died a death. I've somehow kept it going since 2008. Think it's sadly on its last legs now.
