Strict standing 60x15 100x5 120x1 140x1 155x2 (pb) 140x5 100x8,8(beltless + wider grip).

Seated smith OHP 60x15 100x12 120x10 100x15.

Seated smith tricep extension 60x12,12,12 80x8.

Pushdowns 6 sets. Preacher curl 5 sets. Hammer curls 3 sets. Superset rope pushdown and cable curl to finish.

Haha. Do you think this benefits the bench press more so than a 'traditional' barbell row with the back near parallel to the floor?

Yup - upper back fatigues before the lower back with this style. Pendlay style rows do f**k all for your bench. Or maybe my lower back is just a weak point!

Seated db milli no wrist wraps or sleeves and paused on shoulders 50sx10,10,10

Overhead extensions in smith (seated) 40x10 60x10 80x10 100x8 60x15.

Pushdowns. Preacher curls. Cable curls. Hammer curls.
