Had to wait 10 mins to use the squat rack today, some crazy chinese / korean dude was doing upright rows on the oly bar resting them on the rack, supersetted with romanian deadlifts on the EZ curl bar
Squat:
70 kg x 5
100 kg x 5
127.5 kg x 5
152.5 kg x 5
180 kg x 5 PB
195 kg x 1 PB
Repping 180 for 5 has been a goal of mine for a while, so pleased to hit that. 195 was pretty difficult, but the bar didn't stop moving, which means I could possibly have done 197.5/ 200. Decided to leave it there as I'll hit 200 in the next couple of weeks no doubt.
Pull ups: (straps to save my grip for events tomorrow)
BW x 10,8,8,7,7,6,4 (50 reps)
EZ curls:
+37.5 kg x 6
+35 kg x 6
+30 kg x 10
Facepulls
Squat:

well done for squatting 195, i assume it was pounds. you need to be curling atleast of half what you can squat

I've never seen anyone at my gym squat 195 lbs (to depth), apart from that chap in the mirror.
I think curl should be 50% of bench lol

Yeah I reckon so. My max bench is 122.5 and my max strict curl (straight bar) is 50/52.5 kg. I have worked a lot more on my bench than my curls to be fair.

101 kg x 1c 1p (Belt clean, fastest this weight has ever been, just went straight up on leg drive!)
111 kg x fail

101 kg 1c 1p (Shoulders were so f**ked at this point that this was a maximal effort)
116 kg x fail clean
111 kg just wasn't happening today, had about 9 presses in total, 2 of them I managed to hold the weight briefly, but couldn't press it out. Stomach was shredded (and not in the good way) from all the cleans, so was just a token effort on cleaning 116 really.
Saw plenty of madness from the guys doing log today, 130 kg x 11 strict
Fat handled farmers from 18":
(It was raining so we just did holds indoors)
60 kg x 2 pick ups
100 kg x 1 pick up, ~20 sec hold
Got peer pressured into attempting 140 farmers
140 kg x 1 and ~4 sec hold
100 kg x 1 and ~30 sec hold
140 pick up was pretty easy to be honest, I expected it to be a maximal effort. A couple of the other guys attempted 200 kg farmers pick up after this
