Thanks, hopefully I'll be able to front raise 20's some day.

Forgot to log this earlier (done after axle press):

Axle Cleans:

120 kg x fail
120 kg x fail

(^^This was supposed to be 110 but I misloaded it)

115 kg x fail
115 kg x fail - closest yet
115 kg x fail

Lateral Raises:

10 kg x 10 reps 3 sets

Machine curls

Unlucky on the cleans bud, but, do you think, if you cleaned the 115, could you press it?

Unlikely I could actually press the 115, I reckon my max is 110 on a good day at the moment. I predict I will clean the 115 on the day, but miss the press!

Strong cleans bro. keep it up.. I have never tried axle bar before. How hard is it than the usual barbell ? saw you using it at Genesis (easter meet) Tongue

The axle has a much larger diameter than a normal bar, so its hard to grip. And it shouldn't rotate either, making power or oly cleans pretty difficult at any real weight! Even contintal cleaning it is difficult, but it gets better with practise Happy

Unfortunately not been on this log in a while due to posting on a 5 year old phone.
Bloody nice work on squats and deadlifts! You're getting well strong.

Bench Press:

50 kg x 5
70 kg x 5
90 kg x 5

110 kg x 5 = PB for reps
110 kg x 5
110 kg x 5

Volume PB, 1st set was the easiest, second set the hardest

Squat:

70 kg x 5
100 kg x 5
130 kg x 5
155 kg x 5

182.5 kg x 2 - Bulls**t PB
182.5 kg x 1

Wanted 5 reps on 182.5, but I haven't squatted for a week so I knew it was unlikely. Still pretty dissapointing Unhappy

Tried different grips on 60 and 100 kg

Seated smith machine lockout (assuming bar weight of 5kg):

45 kg x 5
75 kg x 5
97.5 kg x 5
100 kg x 5
105 kg x 5

The angle of the video is misleading, I did these from the top of my head.

Wide grip pull ups:

BW x 8,8,7,7

Clean and Press:

40 kg x 20
40 kg x 10

Fitness has improved, 1st set was way easier than last week

Experimented with putting my hands out further towards the ends on squats, I think I prefer these, but racking and unracking is very impratical as the supports are where my hands would go.

85 kg x 8

A variety of grip widths. I do seem to suck at these now

50 kg x 10

Cable preacher curls 3 sets

Cardio Time: Step ups onto a bench with 60 second rest intervals
