Nah man unfortunately not

Getting to a point in life now where competing is gonna be very rare

I just finished a load of exams, I have a load more in March, then it's clinical rotations right through to April 2015 with only a couple of weeks off here and there. Then I join the real world and actually get a job (lol)

Dear diary,
Tonight in the gym some guy was on the platform doing some circuit thing with a light bar. When he was away from the bar I put a bench in the cage in front of the platform (hammer strength type squat rack/platform setup) and started benching. When he came back he threw a reet tantrum and said I wasnt "very f**king courteous". He wouldn't talk to me about it and soon after left the gym. Am I a c**t?

Yes. Yes you are. You robbed his potential gains by making him leave the gym. Not srs.

only explanation I have is that he wanted the mirror.. but a bench isn't very high so it's only a bit of obstruction to the mirror?

Mixed up week due to exams, so weds session today. Only thing I couldnt do was stiff legs because erectors just too sore atm from deads. Will do them after sq on monday

Had a crack at 137.5 pb and failed

Doing stiff leg deads this friday with normal deadlifts just cos of exams messing the order of some things up

Also I am starting to learn human flag for epic facebook profile picture material of peace (There is no other reason anyone learns them, fact). Did full extension for 1 second and tucked legs for a couple of seconds on me first go, bodes well.
