Honestly surprised myself, squats felt good despite the fact I deadlifted heavy from floor on friday, am currently in middle of the hardest exams i've ever had and i have a reet stinking cold at the minute. Definitely bodes well for when I'm feeling well. Also due to cold I was quite breathless and sweating buckets so for first time ever lifted in a vest. Glute ham raises bwx10, +2.5x10, +2.5x10 Ab wheel +0x10, +5x10, +10x10 Obliques 25kg 2x10 | ||

Just made think damn there are some stupid people about.
