Was abit iffy this morning but abit better, after putting ice on it, taking painkillers and a knee sleeve round it, I felt no pain so went to the gym anyway. Might have been a mistake but if so I'll learn from it. Set PBs all the same Squats: 100 x 1 115 x 1 127.5 x 5 127.5 x 5 127.5 x 5 135 x 1 PB! SLDL 100 x 10 100 x 10 Weighted sit ups 20 plate x 15 20 plate x 15 Supersetted with DB side bends each set For some reason felt quite full and nauseous after all that so left without doing the planned static holds. Put in some hard graft with the squats though so allowed myself to leave | ||

Need to learn how to do it properly. | ||

Worth mentioning that my current gym has crap unknurled bars so when I get home I'll probably get 5-10kg extra on these numbers with a better bar Deadlift 120 x 3 140 x 3 150 x 1 150 x 2 Weighted sit ups 20 plate x 12 20 plate x 15 20 plate x 15 | ||

Tempting as it was, I didn't want to push anything too intense, just gonna take it slow. Squats 100 x 1 115 x 1 120 x 3 120 x 3 120 x 3 100 x 11 this many reps should be illegal, f**king horrible Hopefully heavier in the next week or two, don't want to rush myself and relapse | ||
