Right knee has been playing up last few days. Hurts to bear weight on it when it's bent. Was abit iffy this morning but abit better, after putting ice on it, taking painkillers and a knee sleeve round it, I felt no pain so went to the gym anyway. Might have been a mistake but if so I'll learn from it. Set PBs all the same Grin

Supersetted with DB side bends each set

For some reason felt quite full and nauseous after all that so left without doing the planned static holds. Put in some hard graft with the squats though so allowed myself to leave Tongue

Rotator cuff stuff

The fact I can rep 30 DBs for seated shoulder press but struggle getting 70 for a single with push press, suggests to me that I really don't know how to push press. Need to learn how to do it properly.

Right knee still not right, but ok to deadlift on. Worth mentioning that my current gym has crap unknurled bars so when I get home I'll probably get 5-10kg extra on these numbers with a better bar

Fairly decent achievement in hitting the 90 bench, being skinny as I am with long spindly limbs. Was a massive grinder. Onwards and upwards, next goal is the big two plates.

First day squatting in a week, knee has been feeling good. Tempting as it was, I didn't want to push anything too intense, just gonna take it slow.

Squats

100 x 11 this many reps should be illegal, f**king horrible

Hopefully heavier in the next week or two, don't want to rush myself and relapse

Thanks man. Should have nailed another PB or two by now if it hadn't been for my knee this week grr. Nevermind, I'll just be grateful it only turned out something minor and learn from it
