Thanks bill, it's something I would like too do again at some point , just getting confident lifting heavy again , see how I get on in the gym and see if I can stay injury free and then I'll look into it , I would like too get my numbers up a bit more and I could do with trimming down a little , I'm about 20 percent body fat at the minute , usually between 10-15 percent so I might trim down slowly then look st competing next year if all goes too plan.

Bench press on the smith machine just too try it out , I didn't like using it tbh , I won't use it ever again for bench press, puts you in a horrible position Bar x 20

I was ment too be squatting today but my backs felt a bit twingey so I did leg press for a change Leg press

Thanks bill, I hadn't deadlifted for nearly 2 weeks , felt refreshed and I think doing less warm ups left more in the tank once I got too my heaviest set , hoping too get too 300kg always wanted too reach it last time before I got injured
