huge session today!

started with squats

5x60kg
5x100kg
1x140kg
1x160kg
10x140kg - pb

shankle complex - 3 clean pulls, 1 full clean and 2 jerks



60kg
80kg
100kg - video dunno how to get it from tb to here...

full cleans from blocks - above the knee

worked upto 5 singles on 110kg

clean pulls from blocks - above knee

5x3x100kg

front squat holds

5x10secs x 160kg

snatch and snatch pulls.... Wink

yours was through serious injury tho mate... mine was retardedness i even said to you "thats a 10kg pb" in a surprised tone... still didn't check it! haha

Squats worked up to 6 sets of 2 with 152kg

Power cleans

Upto 90% 110kg
3 sets of 3 on 80% 90kg

Full cleans off blocks

Upto 90% 110kg
3 sets of 3 on 80% 90kg

High pulls

Worked with 90% lots of tech work then dropped the height to have more time to pull...

Push press

1x117kg failed second mike screwed with my head

3x110kg failed 4th

Knee hurts alot to do everything apart from lifting!!
