You read me like a book, Si! My shoulders aren't the strongest. It's like a power jerk with snatch grip then from the catch position straight down into an overhead squat, no pause, but I do drive it up. Never really tried snatch balance with anything other than the bar. I might. Might not.

bar, 50 1-2 sets, was feeling good

CJ technical work
bar, 50, 60, 70 few more sets but was pretty good towards the end.

I will note that every day I am doing band external rotations and band pullaparts.

Knee a bit sore for some reason. Power jerks brilliant, locked out just right. 100 would have been a 5kg pb but I was a bit slow with it. tomorrow is another day Happy

Not the best afternoon session, didn't do my shoulder stuff between the sessions so the positioning was wrong and weak.

Two things from today, must have a stronger grip on the snatch, was being quite relaxed with it and slipping. And do shoulder work before the session, as I hadn't and it was a huge difference in strength and stability overhead.

Got to keep upright and confident posture throughout everything, and add in a good helping of speed. It is very obvious when these aren't in place. tomorrow is another day.
