Cgbp 10x100k / 10x110 /10x110 Seated shoulder press 3x10 @27.5kg staying light Arnold's press 3x10@22.5kg Lying tricep extension 3x10@20kg AMH press 3x10 just the bar Inverted row 3x10 bw Tricep ext bench width 4 x15@L14/16 1xamrap @L8 31 Hanging back a little but adding weight to assistance stuff isn't that important but I will eventually. | ||

So that was that sacked it off to go home for eats and sleep. | ||

Well apparently it's the secret the Russians lifters are hiding from us lol, but seriously I though they were quite good especially if you make sure you touch the underneath of the bench aka full rom they really get the lats nice,will be doing them more, a bit of a ball ache setting up though but if there is a will there's a way | ||
