Bench assistance,
Bp against bands 120kg + band tension (3wraps) I'd say 20k aside at the top
10sets of 3 fast as possible.
Cgbp 10x100k / 10x110 /10x110
Seated shoulder press 3x10 @27.5kg staying light
Arnold's press 3x10@22.5kg
Lying tricep extension 3x10@20kg
AMH press 3x10 just the bar
Inverted row 3x10 bw
Tricep ext bench width 4 x15@L14/16
1xamrap @L8 31
Hanging back a little but adding weight to assistance stuff isn't that important but I will eventually.

Let's hope so Danny, really enjoy the bands, really diffrent feel,although a bit of a shock in terms of stability when you leave them for a few sessions while warming up it looked at one point like I was trying to row a canoe Tongue

Ok bit of a crap session today not sure what the hell was going on 60x10/100x10/140x3/180x1/belt on 180x3 bar didn't seem in the right place depth a stance width seemed of and that theme continued for 6 sets of 3 had to stop my damn arm started to get sore.
So that was that sacked it off to go home for eats and sleep.

You trained and that wasn’t that shabby. I bought a belt at York barbell worth around 50 bucks they were giving them away for 7 bucks.

Like Billy said, you got some work in and that's what counts. Chalk it up to experience and have at it the next time. Remember a crap session is better than no session at all, we all have those days mate.

Rope tricep pull downs 3x10
Short sharp sweet session nothing outrageous although not having ripped up to 10 in a while it was a tough set.

Well apparently it's the secret the Russians lifters are hiding from us lol, but seriously I though they were quite good especially if you make sure you touch the underneath of the bench aka full rom they really get the lats nice,will be doing them more, a bit of a ball ache setting up though but if there is a will there's a way Happy

Deadlift day.
Gym was cold I was cold still feeling tired.slow and steady build up
60x10/100x5/140x3 felt heavy / 180x3 felt better/ belt on 220x1/230x1/250x1 not sure where the hell that came from it never stopped moving but it was sloooooooooooooow I mean really sloooooooooooow lol anyway I was happy with this as this one was without straps and post injury,hopfully now I can start to build up to 260 now Happy
speed deads hook grip 170x3 6sets would have gone heavier for more sets but just so tired lol
Safety squat bar dead stance 5x140kg/3x185/3x185/1x185/
Bor 3x10@100k tired at this point
Rdl 3x6@100k
Finished up with lat pulldowns 3x12
I'm pretty sure my tiredness is Down to not eating enough and late nights,better get my act together.
