So 60 x 10/100 x 5/ 140 x 3/180 x 3/ 220 x 1/ weight no problem at all but felt pops and stretching in the area that I'd injured so rather than push my luck I went to 180 x 2 /180 x 2/180 x3/180x3/180x3/180x3/180x3/ Left it there in favour of some stretching, hopfully squats will go ok Friday,no idea on weight yet  | ||

Because I missed Thursday I do set up some banded bench and did some fast triples 5x3 felt awkward in the rack, anyway got done what I could Mrs is in the hospital very ill hypertension,think she is past the worst of it hoping she will be home on the weekend,fingers crossed.....there's piles of washing and cleaning to do. | ||
