Yeah its finally getting better but im definitely done with squatting i dont know what the popping was but id rather not risk it.

I really should have got it checked after the car crash to find out the full extent of the damage.

It got really swollen at one point.

Training is going to be a bit hit and miss now until the Christmas break this is the busiest time of the year for me, early starts and late finishes along with moving house have gave me very little time.

So with moving house, my knee injury, not internet and work being hectic i had about 2 months off from training all together.

My knee is almost back to normal size now and iv managed a few warm up sessions this week basically just to get past the sore DOMS stage lol.

I tried some squatting and managed 40kg for 3 sets of 10 lol i know nothing amazing and was very nervous to begin with but im happy with how it went and will build from here.

Im back training at my previous gym were i had all my best lifts so hopefully i can get back to winning ways and progress over the year and hopefully 2016 will be better than 2014 and 2015.

My bodyweight is down to 18st 7lbs definitely the lightest iv been in a few years im going to try and maintain a lower body weight i dont want to pile on the pounds again and get to heavy as i find it quite difficult on a day to day basis.

Nice couple of sessions there mate. How's the DOMS been? Mine practically crippled me for about 5 days.

60kg is my starting point so now i have plenty of time to progress and add 2.5kg each session. My knee had no issues what so ever today and each rep felt comfortable ill squat again on either Thursday or Friday.
