No, I have a membership at a commercial gym for cardio. This was, by your standards, a VERY slow 2K...

I did 100x20 a couple of weeks ago, ridiculously.

Abandoned the deadlifts due to knee soreness f**king with my head. All very comfortable otherwise. I shall wear my sleeves in future.

The knowledge of how much better I feel after cardio is apparently not enough to make it easy to drag myself out and do cardio. I'm a cretin.
