Because I have a stone age tablet I can't put links in but it he tittle is
Www.tnation.com/.../boost-your-deadlift-40-pounds-in-6-weeks
It talks about how Anderson used to train and stuff, although I'd still do really light stuff off the floor or stretching as this can make you tight in my limited experience

Cheers mate I'll check it out.
Iv always been strong from the floor but once I hit my knees it's dreadfully slow so hopefully this might improve this part of the lift for me.

Work took a turn last week and been absolutely swamped not finishing work until after 7 most days, this killed my knees especially my bad one.
Finished nice and relatively early today so decided to go to the gym and take advantage of a few of the cable machines.
I had my physio on Friday he worked out a few kinks in my back which helped massively for this week.
Body weight sitting at 19st 3lbs.
Depending on tomorrows work it will either be back or legs.

Sounds like the physio really helped mate, good stuff and that's a great session today, tough getting things in around work sometimes, great stuff mate.

Sometimes forget how lucky I am with work, hopfully it will calm down a bit soon, mean while your a ripping machine
nails24/10/17 @ 11:33
Hopefully work calms down a bit (or if you're self employed it could be good to be super busy :rolleyes. I've heard of binge drinking but you do binge lifting, nothing for ages then everything all in one go. Another epic rep-fest mate.
