Squats (5s Wave)

Added my belt back for the final set on squats from now on as I decided enough was enough.

Worked up to 15 x 92.5kg.

5 x 10 x 60kg Squats with a maximum of 1 minute between sets.

3 x 10 x Hanging Leg Raises.

My shoulders feel well t**tted no after squatting as well, but not painful. Gonna see how this pans out as my pressing has been in the s**tter for too long.

Thought I'd try and mix up my assistance work a la Josh Bryant.

Military Press (5s)

Military 9 x 42.5

Military 5 x 10 x 32.5kg w/ 30 Second Plank during rest intervals

3 x 12 x 10kg Lying DB Extensions s/s 3 x 12 x 7 Plates Lat Machine Abs (No rest between sets/exercises)

3 x 10 x OH EZ Bar Tri Ext. s/s 3 x 1 0 x 2.5kg plate behind head decline abs (No rest between sets/exercises)

Did this again for the sake of progamming symmetry.

10 x 70kg Bent Over Row (Bent as far over as I could whilst keeping back straight -unable to do a true pendlay row as my legs are a fair bit longer than my arms)

4 x 10 x 11 Plates Lat Pulldown

4 x 7 x 45kg CSR

3 x 15 x 50kg DB Shrugs

Worked up to 10 x 105kg. I was quite happy with this, bar for the fact some "gym wa**er" decided to slide in the gap between the end of the barbell and the next section to get some weights out.

3 x 3 x 70kg Cleans

5 x 5 x 50kg Cleans s/s 5 x 10 x 60kg Squats (2 minutes rest between after each set of squats)

2 x 10 x Hanging leg raises - ran out of time after this.

Dips (with fat chain) 3 x 10

(3 x 10 x) 30kg EZ Bar Preacher Curls s/s 7 plates Lat Machine Abs s/s 10kg DB Lying Triceps Exxtensions

2 x 50 x 15kg Neck Harness s/s 2 x 40 x 100kg Barbell Shrugs

I'm gonna run another 2 531 cycles and then restest. I train alone, so I want to get a little stronger prior to a good old fashion stapling, push the bar down to my hips combo!!

Completed The Ultimate Fighter treadmill workout.

60 Crunches on fit ball. Hadn't done these in years and they seemed to hurt my back at first, but once I got in the groove I really felt these in my abdominals.

30 minute programme on the treadmill, getting progressively harder:

0 - 5 minutes @ 5mph.
5 - 10 minutes @ 6mph.
10 – 15 minutes @ 7mph.
15 – 20 minutes @ 8 mph.
20 – 25 minutes @ 9 mph.
25 – 30 minutes @ 10 mph.

Get off and go for a walk outside and think about collapsing. They did it on the first ultimate fighter season. It doesn't sound very hard, but it feels so much quicker on a treadmill once you get to 9mph and above.

Then did (3 x 2 x) 1 Clean and 2 push presses with 62.5kg

3 x 8 x 37.5kg strict

4 x 8 x 12 plates lat pulldown

3 x 10 x 17.5kg OH EZ Bar French Press

3 x 50 x 20kg Neck Harness
