I was trying to sleep with the fan hitting me. Covered in sweat. Finally passed out at 4:00am. Woke up at 4:45am. #failing at life. For some reason, I find it easier to sleep during the heat of the day.

Decided to knock bench down.

Dead deads. 40 Degree heat, 3 hours sleep, was working inside a container and sweated so much you couldn't see a dry patch on my clothes.

I just throw them in because I got bored one day and watched Markus Ruhl do them. Not going to do any harm in having stronger delts, right? My mid-point in bench is my sticking point, so more delts needed.

Still about 45 degrees during the day, and there was a power cut between 8am and 1:30pm, so woke up drenched in sweat and didn't get to have an afternoon nap.
There was another fokn power cut during the middle of my training session, so my partner and I dragged the bench out to the street and trained outdoors, with some concerned looks from passers-by on tractors on their way to water their olive trees.
