Training partner asked if I was serious. I was indeed 25/side x 15 30/side x 10 25/side x 12 EZ Curls 15kg/side plus bar 8 10 10 I was sat outside off my tits, then asked my partner how much coffee he tipped into the coffee he made. He didn't leave any in the jar, it all went in, so I had 4 coffees in one go. I am still hyperactive. This is why I don't let him make the coffee. | ||
