Have decided to cut down on the weight gainer and try and lose 4kg (over the next few months, nice and slow), probably doing 20mins cardio at the end of each session.

Left hand is so unco-ordinated. Really need to practice these to try and get them at least close to my right hand.

Bit of a s**te session and thought my elbow was fixed. Looking forward to squats tomorrow...

Stopped there as legs felt weak and just couldn't snap the reps out.
