Only had about 180secs rest between 150 & 155 but still v dissapointed as have done 160 paused in past!! Spat dummy and tried get on with workout LOL!!! Incline DB Bench 50KG x 6, 5, 4, 3 BB Military Press 55KG x 3 65KG x 2 75KG x 1 - again, dissapointed with this Viking Pres x 8, 8, 6, 6 - increasing weight each set Not happy tonight, especially with bench On a side note, got my singlet and tried it on. Got XL and man is it tight. I fathered a woman in the Inzer badboy, never before have my bo***cks and dick been so squashed!! | ||

Good workout. What i need cause really wanna improve my squat more than any lift this year | ||

Not happy with bench, which seems to be a re-occurring theme. Considering i did 160 paused last year, dont fee anywhere near that at the mo!! | ||

I did, just didnt have the strength and conviction to get the reps I wanted. Would ideally have done a triple at 150, and triples at 140 and 130 when coming down!! Your benching going well? Wanted 145KG 3 x 3 but a little off that just yet. Hopefully in next few weeks, then onward and upward Day off yesterday, so early morning gym session (with legs a little stiff!!) Deadlifts 60KG x 8 100KG x 6 140KG x 5 180KG x 3 190KG x 3 190KG x 3 190KG x 2 failed 3rd, well definitley get next week though Wide Grip Seated Row 200LB x 4 sets of 8 Dbell Row - 4 sets Shrug Machine - 300KG - 4 sets of 6 4 sets of Cable Curls & 4 Sets Dbell Curls (50lb) to finish Good workput, dissapointed not to get 190 3 x 3, but will definitely have that in the bag next week | ||

Will probably just squat later in the week and deadlift very light/if at all Any thoughts on nutrition Friday day/Sat morning? Just normally loads of carbs for you fellas? | ||
