New log with the aim of getting some consistent training in. Haven't logged for over 4 years (time flies!), previous logs are here (2006-2008) and here (2008-2009).

Bodyweight is very low these days; 71kg. Been upto 90x5x2 recently on narrow grips so I'm not miles off an all time bench PB, maybe early next year.

Had some physio recently on my left adductor, will aim to build in squats and deadlifts from the floor in a month or so.

Should be moving closer to Adlington soon so will try to get a session a week in there next year once I've built a bit of a base.

This week's sessions follow, am doing Russian Squat Routine for bench based off predicted 100 max.

17th October

Fourth session of physio, he was pleased with progress and says adductor tissue feels improved and stronger. Was happy to dismiss but will go back in 3 weeks to keep on top of it.

This is nearly 6 months too early. Couldn't you wait until 1st April this time?
AvatarWayne_Cowdrey
Please please please can I have a photo of a dog sticking its head out of a car window as my journal photo? This would make my life complete. I will repay you with training wisdom! Grin

Good luck with everything.

Good luck Rob.

Strong pull-ups if your BW is still up to date?
dr_hazbun
Rob, how long did it take for you to shed 36kg?
