SSB good mornings - these were f**king awful. The worst exercise ever and I think I tweaked something trying them. Maybe not a good low rep exercise. Grin
Leg Press - 3 x 15
Hack Squats - 2 x 10
Paused Back Extensions - 3 x 10
Leg Curls - 3 x 10

High Bar Squats - 3 x 110kg. Shoulder was playing up, so left it there on these, as I couldn't find the groove.

Cambered bar squats - 3 x 6 x 100kg

SSB Good Mornings - 3 x 15 x 35kg

Leg Press - 3 x 15

Paused Banded Back Extensions - 3 x 10

One of the dudes that comes to my gym is a new daddy. He said he has to stop lifting for a year because of baby maintenance. I see you making precious time to train. I respect his opinion, but feel he is making a mistake. I am glad to see you make some time for the iron.
