The delirium of post night shift is kicking in and I was just wondering what everyone's favourite exercise is at the moment, I'm sure I'm not alone in falling in/out if love with things. Especially with accessory work.

You can pick anything, accessory work, stretch, events or whatever

Personally I'm enjoying (since hurting my back) chin ups and band tricep extensions, I know the latter is pretty BB but it gives me a pump and I like it and I don't care who knows

Iam enjoying benching (even though iam crap) and doing loads of KB snatches at the mo. Feeling in much better shape for doing the k bells.
