Lat pulldown Rear delt machine Floor press 90 X 10, 9 Standing abs Hammer curls Safety bar Good morning 40 X 15, 15, 15 The program calls for tricep exercises sch as french pressing and skull crushers. That s**t hurts my elbows so Imma floor press and do rope pushdowns instead. Might do pressing against chains/ bands as well. | ||
