ok, so I had a go at live streaming ... the 3rd attempt was the best one ..... boring to watch , our dan popped up at the end , but I'm just pissing around.

Squat
been a weird week , no work ..poor diet ...lots of travelling ...so happy with these ... tried livestreaming , quality wasn't as good as yesterday cant work out why .... will do more tests !!

ok session ...... not sure about my new bench , its a bit high and the 'take off' is too low (raising it makes it j-j-j-just too high)

I am going to use a couple of strips of decking I have spare....
think I have worked out the livestreaming ...didn't realise you could choose the quality of the stream , I think today was on the worst ..potato quality ..... also the sound needs turning down as it causes reverb (or whatever it is)

Solid advice Boarman and appreciated as I did exactly that last Saturday. Always enjoyed your journals, all the way back to the MT days. It was you, Pete and Tony that got me interested in powerlifting.

Looks like things are coming along nicely Mr Boar.
I like the addition of the KB farmers and waiter walk type stuff. Leaving no gaps in the training.

top man Bod !! yea back in the early 00's MT was a great place !! keep us posted on the running !cheers taz , considering how much I spent on KB's , I am trying to use them as much as I can, waiter walks are in the mix !

trying to change things a little as I am deffo using the belt too much just to get bigger numbers , so more training quality ...or some s**t
watching some of tom martins clients on Instagram, the do SBD every session ....more frequency / less volume .... it looks fairly interesting and I need a bit of a change
oh I did a session the other day but didn't log it.

I saw a post on facebook that he's back training again , but the miserable weasel hasn't seen fit to grace us with his presence I think he's permanently ruined himself for strength sports by too many marathons and now all he has left is a big bunch of slow twitch fibres!

started training again , just for the enjoyment of going to a gym.
