Damned fine squatting there Mr Boar, benching none too shabby either.
Like the addition of the kettlebell lifts too, adds an extra dimension on top of just barbell rows and overhead work etc.

I am not particularly keen to post videos on the scale I used to Neddy , but I will post some to keep tags on progress , I'm hoping that if I do compete young jackboar will be my cameraman !

snatches are doing me good I believe, although technique still looks a little weak .... will post a vid just so you can see my new SBD tee shirt and how I need to grow into it a tad

thanks peter ,I am hoping with consistency I can get to a reasonable level of strength , which for me at this stage in life would be 180/120/220 , but that's a while off.
cycling to work every day since I was 13 has gifted me with lovely man legs !!

squat n bench had left me pretty tired ! I was fairly tired today anyhoo

kettlebell hand 2 hand swing
turned out to be a jolly decent session.

cheers Bill , slowly getting used to the weight , very much looking forward to a nice set with 140 ....
also, noticed my vids looked a bit 'potatoe cam' so I dug out my old Lumix camera...seems that films in HD or something similar

That is really impressive squatting mate, looks like you could have ground out at least a couple more, too
