Back squats 112.5x6 112.5x6 112.5x6 All I had time for today as had to go to airport to meet gf. The sets were fairly hard, probably would have squeezed out the 6 sets if I'd had the time. No time to stretch afterwards. Reduced training over next few weeks whilst gf is here. Will just focus on squats when I do get the chance to go. | |||

100.6kg BW Power snatch + snatch 60 65 65 65 just did snatch singles from here, no power snatch 70 70 75 77.5 77.5 77.5 77.5 no misses, happy with that Snatch pulls 90x3 90x3 90x3 GMs 57.5x10 57.5x10 57.5x10 3 sets abs Felt horrible warming up, wasn't keeping it close at all and was smashing it with my hips. Sorted itself out once I got to 70 though. | |||

100kg BW today Front squats 93x6 93x6 93x6 93x6 93x6 93x6 pretty hard. Still going beltless for everything, feel like it's very beneficial. RDLs - used straps as finger still hurting from bouldering 2 weeks ago 90x10 90x10 90x10 5x10 incline DB press, light weight. Haven't done any pressing in ages so wanted to reintroduce it. 3 sets petersen step ups. happy with that. Pleased with how leg strength is coming back. | |||

Not ideal given I was at a Christmas party until 4am last night but ended up being ok today actually! 2 Cleans 1 Jerk 80 85 87.5 90 92.5 95 - just the cleans, didn't attempt jerk Clean pulls 105x3 105x3 105x3 Back squats 110x2 110x2 110x2 110x2 110x2 110x2 meh, still tired from yesterday so no way near as fast as they should have been Shoulder felt recovered enough to try the jerks today! Cleans felt great, really stayed connected to bar during the turnover and didn't crash down on me apart from on the 2nd clean of the 95kg set. Really happy with them, the leg strength is coming through for sure. Also felt lighter in the pull today. | |||

100kg BW Back squats 110x6 110x6 110x6 110x6 110x6 110x6 last two sets had dodgy form. BTN push press - going a bit heavier with the shoulder, felt ok 60x9 60x9 60x9 Did some chinups between sets, low reps just to ease in. Those squats were hard tbh :S the worst thing about 6x6 is it takes me 30-35 minutes to get through! | |||

99.8KG BW today :O Snatch 60x3 65x2 70x2 75 75 - F just lazy 75 75 Snatch pulls 90x2 90x2 90x2 GMs 55x10 55x10 55x10 Did some light BTN push press and lat pulldowns to try and test the old shoulder out. Snatches were ok, not amazing. I'll take them though. | |||

Yesterday @ Formosa Fitness 99kg BW Cleans - still not confident enough to jerk, will give the shoulder a bit more rest 80x2 80x2 85x2 90x2 90x2 90x2 sets on 90 were a bit iffy, but think the leg strength is starting to reflect here at least. Clean pulls 105x3 105x3 105x3 105x3 can't remember if I did 3 or 4 sets Back squats 105x2 105x2 105x2 105x2 105x2 105x2 3 sets weighted sit ups, 3 sets back exts Cold came back with a vengeance as soon as I got home from training, still feel pretty rough. 99.4kg BW Man, had about 4 hours sleep after Tuesday's session then last night I didn't get to bed until 7 in the morning. This university life insomnia has struck again lol. Got around 2 hours sleep so felt pretty f**king horrendous today. The plan was to go to the gym and warmup; if I felt good then do the session as planned, if not then postpone until tomorrow. By some miracle I was actually able to lift more than the bar. Back squats 105x6 105x6 105x6 105x6 105x6 105x6 all good, overall easier than last week actually did some pressing rehab for shoulder (still not quite 100%) then 3 sets of abs Done, happy with that. Off to watch star wars in a bit. | |||

99.4kg BW keeps going up Snatch 70x1,F 70x2 70x2 70x2 Snatch pulls 85x3 85x3 85x3 GMs 50x10 50x10 50x10 3 sets of BB sidebends petersen step ups 2 sets of single leg curls Since squats are the priority atm, snatch and C&J sessions will be done based on feel as I'm fully expecting those numbers to be down. My back was pretty fatigued today, but my speed was surprisingly good! 82% for doubles, not too bad. Keeping volume on pulls low as well. Hopefully can keep this momentum going. 6x6 back squats on Thursday again. | |||

Today @ Formosa Fitness 98kg BW Back squats 100x6 100x6 100x6 100x6 100x6 100x6 comfortable, volume was enjoyable 3 sets of Petersen step ups abs 2 sets of back exts single leg curls single leg exts That was good. Shoulder feeling a bit better, didn't impede my ability to unrack the bar for squats. Still not 100% though. |
