unit94 - I'm sure you're strong enough for 230+. Just a matter of getting used to it. Tinkering with the charts via my s**tty phone is problematic. I'll sort it another day.

little_a - you've never seen this thread before?! I prefer a barbell. It sits so much better.

Seen the thread, but never thought to look into it. I do the same thing with Tom Hanks films. He puts me off, but makes good films. Unfortunately I need to watch them to find this out, which I'm always reluctant to do.

I'm a lot smaller than you (less 'girthy'), so there's more room! Place the bar a bit nearer to your knees and dead lift with a wider stance.

I have been zerchering using a sand bag for 20 squats. The sand bag is about 40 kg but i intend to increase this with the addition of more sand or a similar material.

Does this sufficiently count as an acceptable method of zerchering?

we certainly need to get 'blown face insulina' higher up. it's currently languishing in 3rd place.

I am getting that impression. im no better I finished work at 12 today.
