i hit 200 for a triple when training for world nattys 18 months ago, havnt done them since.

will add a few in over the coming weeks for stone work.

this is how i did them. from below parallel postion in the rack or on blocks.

There's also a "zercher dead lift" where you pull the bar all the way from the floor in the crook of your arms. I can make a chart for that too if anyone wants one. I can't get down that low!

This is how I did mine. Somewhere between 15/18 inch deadlift height. It was to train for picking up a 200kg husafell stone.

I have done them like this too, from that height. Could have a chart for these too.
