At least we seem to get a few orders from france if that is anything to go by (or maybe they are all crossfitters...)

Marius will possibly always be the greates (WSM acheivement wise)

without taking anything away from him, it was partly due to Z not being in in the same fed at the time.

Then again, with the WSM events of the old...

We will never know, which gives us an excuse to talk about it for ever Grin

brocerslrd said:You current country of residance has plenty of it's own problems Joni. Not least of which is that young working class people are saying germany should look after germany first and worry about europe second. Sounds a little like how the nazi party came to power

current set up is just benefiting germany though with the crazy low bond yelds and so on, germany is not losing anything as a nation from this crisis, on the contrary.

Then again, the bailouts have been mainly funding banks anyway, which returns back to germany.

merry go around Grin

while i am against cuts to provide funds to cover big investors and bankers blunders and making sure they dont lose money, military cuts are probably the least of my worries in the current cutting frenzy.

i actually have to admit to reading your journal, and ok, i skip the crossfit stuff from lack of understanding WTF they are, but its interesting to see how you will maintain your strength while at the same time get tenfold fitter!

i miss the north west crew too!

and while i miss posting on sugden more, i dont miss my f**king boring job in manchester one bit haha!

Nice little session today at The Showroom with local strongman Chris, makes a big difference to train with someone.

Power snatch (the reason for many power snatches is the highland games next weekend, no idea about the events but if anything they will be explosive!)
3x40
3x40
2x50
1x60
1x70
1x70 - better
1x80
1x85 - just 7.5 under my pb, happy!
3x70

tested log power jerks a bit, just to 102, felt ok. maybe with a bit of work could get the log above 120 again in couple months...

deadlifts from just under knee ball (19inch i would say)
3x120
1x170
1x220
3x250

pullups, different grips
10
10
12

easy when bodyweight is so low...

two sets of curlz

I like this thinking...

Il do more power snatching today!
